International Food Tasting Festival 2025

Location: Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hall 3BCDE, Wan Chai

  • Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The International Food Tasting Festival, organised by the Exhibition Group returns to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, featuring over 600 booths showcasing a wide array of international specialty ingredients and local cuisines. This vibrant festival emphasizes a carnival-like atmosphere, inviting visitors to engage in interactive food activities and the “Try Before You Buy” concept, allowing attendees to sample a variety of dishes before making a purchase.

Among the diverse offerings, there will be a dedicated halal section named the Halal Food Festival featuring renowned vendors such as HANI Halal, Taqwa Halal Meat, Al’ard Palestine, and Halal Lab Halal Food. This year’s festival promises a focus on specialty foods that reflect different cultural festivals, making it a truly immersive experience for all attendees.

Organized by the Multicultural Ethnic-Link Teen Centre (M.E.L.T Centre) and co-organized by the Incorporated Trustees of the Islamic Community Fund of Hong Kong, this event focuses on community engagement and cultural appreciation. This event has free admission.
