The Muslim Council of Hong Kong (MCHK) has provided a leave request letter template for students, workers, and others wishing to take a day off to celebrate Eid Al-Fitr in 2026. Eid Al-Fitr is expected to fall on either 9th April (Thursday) or 10th April (Friday) depending on the sighting of the new moon, which will be done on the night of 8th April (Wednesday).
